GOOD NEIGHBOURS PROJECT and the Festival of Culture.

Pendle communities coming together in celebration of People and Language, in a spirit of shared identity and a celebration of our cultural contribution to the diversity of Pendle.

COMMUNITY ARTS by ZK worked with Building Bridges in Pendle, delivering workshops for the community to participate in. From different cultures and nationality, people of the community gathered together for a family fun-day which celebrated the local people, environment, heritage and cultures.

CAZK introduced block printing to the community using Indian wood blocks. The workshop allowed people from different ages, groups and background to come together and explore, enjoy and learn new techniques with their families. Other workshops involved paper weaving and drawing using collage techniques.
