Over the Easter holidays, Community Arts by ZK delivered a project called Buzzing Bees for children aged 5-13, which involved a series of creative workshops that brought children from across Pendle together to learn new skills, make beautiful artwork, and most importantly, have fun! Workshops were run by our community artist, Louise Cunningham and activities included collage, painting, block printing, tie-dye, and fibre art! We also encouraged the children to get active through dancing and playing games. These workshops help children to build their confidence, learn new skills and make new friendships.

Supported by Pendle Borough Council and Fun Vibes, Active Lives as part of the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme, free lunches were provided and children receiving free school meals attended free of charge.
